About this tool
Spreadsheets are hard to share: column widths, print areas and hidden sheets change how a file looks on another computer. PDF export locks the pagination so the printed output matches what you see.
Upload .xlsx, .xls, .ods or .csv. Set the print area and page setup in your spreadsheet first — the converter respects page breaks, headers and footers, and repeats the rows you marked as print titles.
How it works
- Upload a spreadsheet (.xlsx, .xls, .ods or .csv).
- Press Start to export it.
- Download the PDF and confirm the page breaks.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my sheet cut off?
A wide sheet needs landscape orientation and “fit to width” in the page setup. Set that in Excel or Calc before uploading.
Are hidden sheets exported?
Only visible sheets are printed, which is usually what you want when sharing.
Are formulas recalculated?
Values are taken as saved. Recalculate and save the workbook first if the numbers changed.
