The service
PDFMint provides browser-based tools for merging, splitting, compressing, protecting, unlocking and converting documents. Features and limits may change as the service develops.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content, malware, or documents you do not have the right to process. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass limits, scrape it at scale, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Your files
You keep ownership of your files. You are responsible for keeping the original copy. Conversion output can differ from the source, so always verify the result before relying on it.
Accounts
You are responsible for the Google account you use to sign in and for activity under that account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Free and Pro plans
Free use is subject to daily task and file-size limits shown in the product. Pro increases those limits. We may change plan limits with reasonable notice.
Payments and renewal
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle. Unless you cancel before renewal, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Paddle’s checkout terms also apply.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through the subscription management button on the pricing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and Paddle’s policies.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but it is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages or abuse-prevention measures may temporarily interrupt access.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost files, indirect losses or damages caused by relying on converted output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. For legal or privacy questions, use the Feedback button on any page and choose “Other”; include “Legal request” or “Privacy request” in the message.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
